The new Dash-8 400 series has given operators the ability to increase passenger loads to nearly double that of previous Dash aircraft. This has been brought about by the stretched cabin which can accommodate up to a maximum of 78 passengers, 2 cabin attendants and a full galley service providing hot and cold drinks and food. The aircraft is equipped with noise reduction technology to ensure that passengers can enjoy the flight and its service to the full.
